Your expert for development and production of small-scale series as well as for the reproduction of classic spare parts which are no longer available at the market.
We realize your customer-specific requirements according to your own individual desires. New development of small-scale series as well as reproduction of classic spare parts in original optics are feasible. In this connection Wittrin Electronic has recourse to a wide contingent on existing enclosure modules. Individual enclosures and mechanical parts will be manufactured in Germany or Asia, depending on the demanded quantity and accordingly to customers’ desires. For onetime small-scale series are moreover the use of aluminium-injection moulds possible.
The electronic unit will be created with technique state-of-the-art. Therefore we reach a high level of automation and in the result a fast and cost-efficient manufacturing. Small functional units with up to two input signals and an accessed changeover contact at the output, we are able to realise on the base of existing moduls and simple programming already starting at an order quantity of ten pieces.
During the project progression we will take care of the analysis of the to be reproduced classic spare part if necessary, supervise you by definition of the requirements and give support up to the finished standard part. This includes along with the preparation of the specs-book also the inquiry of legal requirements, the analysis of risks and the accomplishment of the FMEA.
The product portfolio includes Switching Relays, Flasher, Control Devices, Connectors, Sockets, Cable Sets, Control Switches, Diode Blocks, Wiper Contacts as well as all further functional injection mould items in the automotive sector. More components are possible on request.
